Maranello, 18 May – A rather special driver made his debut this afternoon on the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro simulator; none other than Luca di Montezemolo. The President of the Maranello company was doing this as part of an exclusive story that will be published in issue 10 of “The Official Ferrari Magazine,” the official magazine for Prancing Horse owners and fans. Helping him in the role of track engineer in this decidedly unusual exercise was the Scuderia’s official test driver, Marc Gené, who gave Montezemolo some tips on how to tackle a few laps of the Catalunya Circuit, one of the tracks most used by drivers in simulations. “The Official Ferrari Magazine,” edited by Antonio Ghini is a quarterly publication, only available on subscription, which can be taken out through the relevant section at Ferrari.com.
