Mugello and Finali Mondiali Ferrari: the story continues
Maranello 08 October 2025
The Mugello International Circuit is once again hosting the Finali Mondiali Ferrari, the event that marks the end of the Prancing Horse’s sporting season and Corse Clienti activities each year. For the Tuscan circuit, owned by Ferrari since 1988, this is the seventeenth time it has hosted the event, confirming a deep bond that has lasted for over thirty years.
Opened in 1974 and nestled in the Mugello hills, the track – always considered one of the most captivating and technical in the world – stretches over 5.245 km and winds through 15 bends. It regularly hosts international competitions, both motorcycle and car races, and is a favoured testing ground for cars from Maranello.
The Finali Mondiali bring together the protagonists of the Ferrari Challenge series from all over the world, with the awarding of the European and North American one-make series titles and, above all, the crowning of the world champions. Following its presentation last June at Spa-Francorchamps during the famous 24-hour race, the 296 GT3 Evo can be admired at Mugello. It was developed on the basis of experience gained with the 296 GT3, which itself was actually unveiled to the public in Tuscany during the 2023 edition of the Finali Mondiali.
The Ferrari 499P Modificata was unveiled on the same occasion. Derived from the car that won the Centenary 24 Hours of Le Mans, it allows a select group of clients to experience driving a World Endurance Championship prototype in a non-competitive context as part of the Sport Prototipi Clienti programme.
To complete the picture, the one-off Ferrari SP-8 was also on display at the 2023 Finali Mondiali at the Mugello International Circuit, further enhancing an event that celebrates the passion and technology of the Prancing Horse every year.
